We'll have an initial 90 minute call to thoroughly assess your current situation, including what areas are causing you overwhelm and stress, your primary eating habits, things that have and haven't worked for you in the past, and overall lifestyle.
During this time, we'll also clarify your truest desires and dreams - from how you want to feel in your own skin to what you want your life to be like.
Here's what you can expect from our sessions. -
Based on our initial call, I'll design your personalized "Blueprint to Thrive" which will include a roadmap for our 9 additional sessions over the course of four months. This will include topics to address and the key outcomes we will be working towards, as well as the exploration of your values and how they align with your actions and goals.
This is where transformation begins! You'll be guided to practices that nourish you most, which may include simple daily rituals, trying out new recipes or foods, exploring your relationship to rest and relaxation, building awareness of your thoughts and beliefs, and using modalities such as yoga and meditation to bring more awareness into your body.
As we move through your blueprint and identify the tools that support your growth and wellbeing most, you will turn them into daily habits that start to shift the way you feel in your body and relate to your inner world. As we wrap our time together, you will also receive a revised blueprint that you can refer back to as you continue your journey.
